Consult
A 30 to 45 minute appointment. Kim takes a full history, reviews your medicines and listens before recommending anything.

Plan
A written plan with the total expected cost, a realistic timeframe, the risks and the alternatives, including not treating.

Care
Treatment and aftercare with the same clinician, plus a review appointment to check how you have responded.
One clinician
Kim assesses, treats and reviews you personally at every appointment.

Nothing is treated before it has been assessed and explained.
Total cost upfront
You are given the full expected cost, not a starting price.
Verifiable registration
NMC registration you can check on the public register.

One clinician, in London and in Marbella.
Kim sees patients at both clinics, so you keep one clinician and one set of records. What each clinic offers differs: treatments given in person are available in both, while anything involving prescribed medication is dispensed by a UK pharmacy and is available in the UK only.

Who will I see at my appointment?
Kim Armstrong. Every consultation and treatment at this clinic is carried out by Kim personally.
Will I be told the total cost before I commit?
Yes. At your consultation you are given an estimated total for the full course or programme, not only the price of the first appointment.
What if a treatment is not right for me?
Kim will explain the reason and, where possible, suggest what would be more suitable. Some patients are told a treatment is not appropriate for them.
Can I be seen online?
Yes, for most consultations and reviews. Treatments require an in-person appointment in London or Marbella.
Why are some prices not listed?
Where a plan is tailored after assessment, the fee is confirmed with you at consultation before anything goes ahead. Published prices are shown in full.
