Treatments and services
Every treatment here is assessed and carried out by Kim Armstrong personally, in London, in Marbella and by video consultation. Care that depends on prescribed medication is available in the UK only.
Where every service starts
Assessment comes first.
Whichever service brings you here, the first step is the same: a clinical assessment that establishes whether it is suitable for you, what result you can reasonably expect and what the total cost will be.
That order is not a formality. A treatment that is right for one patient is wrong for another, and the difference is usually something in the medical history rather than anything visible in the mirror. Leg thread veins, for instance, are assessed for an underlying venous problem before anything is treated.
Some patients are told that a treatment is not appropriate for them. Where that happens, Kim will explain the reason and, where possible, suggest what would be more suitable — including where to go if that is somewhere other than this clinic.

Our pharmacy partner dispenses to UK addresses and does not ship to Spain, so medical weight management, prescribing services and the online pharmacy cannot be provided from the Marbella clinic, which offers treatments given in person. Prescribing and dispensing rules also differ between the two countries, and Kim will explain what applies to you at your consultation.
A prescription is never guaranteed, and neither is a treatment. Both are decided after the assessment, not before it.

Where a plan is tailored after assessment — weight management and skincare in particular — the fee is confirmed with you at consultation, before anything goes ahead. Medication, where prescribed, is charged separately.
